TCEQ Public Meeting

Join us for an engaging public meeting featuring two segments: an Informal Discussion Period allowing the public to pose questions, and a Formal Comment Period for stating official comments on the record. While comments and questions during the Informal Discussion Period won't impact the decision, oral responses will be given. Formal comments in the Formal Comment Period will be carefully considered before a decision is reached. The executive director will send a written response to all formal comments, reaching out to those who submitted or requested to be on the mailing list. Relevant issues raised during the Formal Comment Period may be considered in a contested case hearing, if granted.
